The Magaliesberg Biosphere NPC is guided primarily by two documents which define and regulate the scope of its mandate and responsibilities: The Memorandum of Incorporation regulates how the company is operated. The Magaliesberg Biosphere Management Plan as submitted to UNESCO, provides the MB Board with a practical guide and a long term plan as the management entity of the Magaliesberg Biosphere.
